02How long does the verification and approval process take?
Most applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. Our onboarding team will contact you if we need anything further.
03Is there any fee to register or list on Floriwish?
No. Registration and listing are completely free, with no upfront investment. We earn a commission only on orders that are successfully delivered.
04Do I need a registered shop, or can I work from home?
Plenty of our partners are home-based bakers and decorators. You'll need a consistent quality standard and the ability to meet delivery slots.
05Am I responsible for delivery, or does Floriwish handle it?
It depends on your category and city. Some partners fulfil and deliver locally, while others hand off to our delivery network. Your onboarding specialist will confirm the model for you.
06Can I register if I am already listed on other platforms?
Yes. There's no exclusivity requirement — keep selling through your own shop, social channels and any other marketplace.
07Is GST registration mandatory to register as a vendor?
It isn't mandatory to start. If you do have a GST number, add it during registration so we can settle your payouts correctly.
08How and when do I get paid for completed orders?
Earnings are settled directly to your registered bank account on a fixed cycle, with a clear statement for every order.
09How do I update my pricing, availability and product listings?
You get a vendor dashboard where you can accept orders, update listings and pricing, mark items out of stock, and track earnings and settlements.
