It's 11 PM and You're Still Looking for a Decorator

You've called three people. One asked you to "come to the shop and discuss." One quoted ₹2,000 on the phone and then said ₹3,500 when you tried to confirm. One sent you photos on WhatsApp that you're fairly sure are stock images pulled off Instagram, not their own work.

This is the exact moment we built our platform for.

You shouldn't need a phone call to know what a birthday setup costs, what it looks like, or whether it'll actually turn up on time. So we made it simple: browse real setup photos, pick a design, choose your slot, pay online — and a trained decorator shows up with everything already packed, sets it up, and leaves before your guests do. Prices start at ₹999, and we currently cover 100+ cities across India, with same-day booking open in most of them.

No back-and-forth. No "final price" that isn't final. Just a room that looks the way you booked it to look.

What You Can Book With Us

Every price shown on our site is the price you pay — nothing changes after you book.

The Part Nobody Else Tells You: What's Actually in a Balloon Package

Most people booking their first balloon decoration don't know what they're comparing. So here's a plain breakdown of what separates a ₹999 setup from a ₹9,999 one — because knowing this helps you pick the right package instead of guessing.

Air-filled vs. helium balloons. Air-filled balloons are used for arches, walls, and backdrops — they don't float, but they hold shape and colour far better for photos. Helium balloons float and are used for ceiling clusters or bouquets. A good decorator uses both depending on the space, not just one because it's cheaper.

Organic arches vs. traditional arches. A traditional arch uses balloons of the same size in a repeating pattern. An organic arch mixes balloon sizes, adds greenery or foil accents, and looks less "assembled" — this is why organic arches usually cost more, and why they photograph better.

Foil vs. latex. Foil balloons (numbers, letters, hearts) hold their shape and shine for days. Latex balloons are cheaper and used for volume — filling walls, arches, and backdrops. Most packages combine both.

What "premium" usually adds. LED name boards, sequin or shimmer backdrops, fresh flower accents, and draped fabric. These aren't just decoration — they're what make a setup photograph well in low light, which matters more than people expect for evening celebrations.

Knowing this before you book means you're not paying for "premium" when a well-arranged basic setup would have done the job — or under-buying when your event genuinely needs the upgrade.

Are These Balloons Safe for Kids and Pets?

A fair question, and one worth answering directly instead of ignoring. Our decorators use child-safe, non-toxic balloons, and all electrical elements (fairy lights, LED boards) are low-voltage and fitted away from reach. For homes with toddlers or pets, mention it at the time of booking — our team adjusts the setup (like keeping loose ribbon and small foil pieces higher up) accordingly. We also use biodegradable and recyclable materials wherever possible, and our decorators carry back all packaging waste — your home isn't left with the mess.

How Booking Works

1. Browse designs by occasion and city — every photo shown is from an actual past setup, not a stock image.

2. Pick your package and time slot — real-time availability, no waiting for someone to "check and confirm."

3. Pay online — UPI, cards, or net banking. GST invoice available on request.

4. Decorator arrives and sets up — 30 to 90 minutes depending on the package, fully self-sufficient with materials.

5. Walk into a decorated space — no cleanup, no leftover boxes, no balloons popping mid-party because they were rushed.

Need to reschedule? Most bookings can be moved up to 24 hours before the slot at no extra cost — check the specific policy on your booking confirmation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does balloon decoration cost at home in India? Basic home setups start around ₹999–₹1,499. Themed birthday or anniversary decoration typically falls between ₹1,999–₹4,999. Premium setups with LED boards, sequin backdrops, or fresh flowers can go ₹9,999 and above, depending on size and city.

Can I book balloon decoration for the same day? Yes, in most of our 100+ cities, provided you book before the early afternoon cutoff shown at checkout. For guaranteed same-day slots, booking in the morning is safest.

Do I need to buy or arrange anything myself? No. The decorator brings every balloon, prop, light, and backdrop material listed in your package. You only need to provide access to the space.

How long does setup take? Between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on the complexity of the package — a basic wall setup is quicker than a full ring-and-backdrop arrangement.

Can decoration be done as a surprise without the other person knowing? Yes — this is one of our most common bookings. You share access instructions at the time of booking, and the decorator completes setup and leaves before the person being surprised arrives.

What if it rains or my event gets postponed? Most bookings allow rescheduling up to 24 hours in advance at no extra charge. Reach out to support as soon as your plans change.

Are the balloons and materials safe for children? Yes, all materials used are child-safe and non-toxic, and decorators take extra care with electrical elements and small parts when informed of children or pets in the home in advance.

Do you offer decoration for offices and shop openings, not just homes? Yes — corporate decoration, shop launch balloon gates, and festival decor for workplaces are available as a separate category with fixed, invoice-backed pricing for businesses.
